Chad Powell of SC Upstate I.T. has handled all of my interior design firm’s IT needs for more than 10 years. We first began using Chad when he worked for another firm and then followed him when he opened his own several years later. Chad is very dependable and trustworthy and is well versed in everything IT, both hardware and software. He is super patient and has a knack for being able to explain very complicated “techno” concepts in very “non-techno” ways. As a type A personality, I expect a lot from the people who work for my firm and Chad doesn’t disappoint. I highly recommend SC Upstate I.T.
