If it were possible to give no stars I would. So very disappointed with their service. Having a business in town I know how important it is to do a good job at a fair price and do it well. I also stand behind my work 100%. Not so with Sardo's. We had them make some cushions for a bench and chairs. The bench cushions were not made as we discussed. it was only after they were delivered that he notes, "sorry we can't make them like that, I don't have the Machine" Not sure why they could not tell us that before they made it wrong. In addition the angles at the corners were not mitered leaving a gap where they meet. Amazing to me that he can hav... If it were possible to give no stars I would. In addition the angles at the corners were not mitered leaving a gap where they meet. Amazing to me that he can have such attitude and not even attempt to work on the situation. The seat cushions just as bad. We asked for a cushion that was 3" in height. He told us not a problem. Once they arrive the clients complained they were too tall. So we measured, 4.25" When we asked about this he said "You asked for 3" foam".... No we did not, we asked for a 3" cushion. He refused to remake any of it, noting he made them as they were supposed to be. CLEARLY he does not do good Custom work. If all you need is a plain square or rectangle with no detail, Sardos your guy. Even then I would ask him to draw you a picture with all the info so you know what he plans on making. But if you want something custom that fits the detail you are used to, you need to go somewhere else. We still had one more large complex seat cushion to fabricate, but seeing as he would not fix any of the issues we had so far, we decided not to pursue it. $500 dollars down the drain, as we will need to remake the cushions we got in order to make them correct.
