We accepted their more expensive quote for a shower glass because we were given a timeframe of 7-10 business days. After six weeks we still have not received our shower. When I told them that we would not pay the expedited premium, they threatened legal action. These people are scoundrels. Stay away from this business.
What a wonderful and satisfying experience! Robert, Kyle, Alvaro, and Juvy did an excellent job! They were very professional and knowledgeable, as well as, a pleasure to deal with. I was impressed that they cleaned up very nicely after finishing all the work 😁. I would highly recommend doing business with Santa Fe Glass and Mirror!!!!
The 5 star rating is based on quality of work and fabulous customer service. Prices for screen work was higher than I expected, but they did a good job and fixed a screen that didn't fit, at no additional cost. They also get the work done in a timely manner. No job too small. They also sandblast, although I haven't used that service, I will if affordable .
