Yesterday my brother Stephen Sargent and I Went in to Santa fe doors. An Albuquerque owned business. We were intruded to Shannon. She was so kind to walk use thru here door manufacturing facility. Where we saw her team assembling custom doors. They were all so unique. My brother and I are factory certified installers for Andersen Windows and Doors. We work primarily on luxury homes. We met Shannon thru Heritage an Andersen owned company. We just started doing door repair and installation work for Shannon. We Are excited to work together. Ordered a door through them. First the door took way longer than it should have. They failed to get the door order correctly. Even after the door was fixed they charged us more than the agreed price. I highly recommend not doing business here unless you want to struggle.
