Nelson and Annette are a beautiful pair of humans running a business with the utmost integrity. I brought in my computer to get fixed and it turns out that it was the charger that was broken! He plugged my machine into a sound charger and, of course, it worked great. They didn’t even charge me for a diagnostic since he didn’t need to go in and fiddle around.
So, I bought a fresh charger and was on my way. Thanks to you both for great customer service!

We took in a 2011 iMac to Santa Fe Computer Works because it was caught in a boot-up loop. Nelson was great at communicating with us about what he was doing. The motherboard was fried and the computer done-for, but he retrieved the hard drive with all the data and moved that onto a large capacity thumb drive for us. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and we recommend Santa Fe Computer Works heartily.
