Scott and David were excellent to work with and are true professionals in the auto audio field. David explained exactly what my Jeep Cherokee 4xe needed to enhance/replace and still work with OE sub, auto noise cancellation and factory dash interface with EQ. Because of OEM audio setup and integration, this was a complex audio upgrade. Scott worked on install and has been very gracious in allowing me multiple returns where he could tune and balance each speaker separately as the system allows given the OEM setup parameters. The original "premium" audio setup made for an overbearing dash-foreword soundstage that could not be offset no matter how I balanced and EQ'd. Thanks to David and Scott, I now enjoy a detailed and Balanced soundstage that I enjoy. Many thanks to you both.

A few months ago, I needed a radio and HVAC system installed in my car. I didn't realize these components were independent to one another so when I bought a radio from them, they informed me they could install the radio but couldn't order a part for an HVAC system and I had to find it myself. Understandable. They were very patient and flexible with my schedule in order to get these things installed. They were kind enough to install both things at the same time when I finally found an HVAC. Once I had both components, installation took days. They were kind enough to install both things at the same time when I finally found an HVAC. Once I had both components, installation took days. I'm sure they had a very busy schedule and couldn't get to it promptly but communication on that would've been appreciated. I dropped my car off on a Thursday and didn't pick it up until that Tuesday. The radio worked great. Until it stopped working all together. No lights or anything worked on it. I called Josh and explained my situation to him. Instead of apologizing for the malfunction or anything, all he said was "so, is there a question?" No, I just called you guys because I wanted to say how great of a job you did on my radio that doesn't work. I was delighted to hear that there would be a diagnostic fee of $140 trying to figure out the issue. I would imagine that diagnostic screening would be (and frankly should be) complimentary on account of they just worked on my car and something they did failed. I certainly don't appreciate his attitude and I don't agree with there being any additional charge to figure out what they did wrong. I understand the company needs to make money, but this isn't the move.

Custom Dash Cam Installation: Had Santa Fe Auto Sound hard-wire install a BlackVue DR900S-2CH Dual Lens Dash Cam for the front and back, along with the magic pro battery on our Audi SUV.
I appreciated that they actually took appointments and had a pretty good estimate as to how much it would cost and the time it would take to complete the job. I was able to book an appointment for 1 week later. The installation took a little bit longer than expected, but their estimate was nearly spot on and fair.
The Magic Pro Battery pack was set on 12V and infinity mode and they were able to hide the battery for me. The installation went very smoothly....Custom Dash Cam Installation: Had Santa Fe Auto Sound hard-wire install a BlackVue DR900S-2CH Dual Lens Dash Cam for the front and back, along with the magic pro battery on our Audi SUV.

The Magic Pro Battery pack was set on 12V and infinity mode and they were able to hide the battery for me. The installation went very smoothly. I used a BlendMount Dashcam Aluminum Rearview Mirror Mount (so that I wouldn't have to place any adhesive on the front window- would go to blendmount website to enter your specific car to get the proper mount). Santa Fe Auto Sound was able to hide the wire through and through and even along the rear trunk (see image), so that wiring would not be exposed externally.
They were very accommodating and able to answer any questions. I would probably leave the car next time and come back to pick it up, but they did have complimentary wifi there.
Thanks Santa Fe Auto. If anyone has any questions, I am more than willing to answer any.
