Wow! Incredible job done by the Santa Chimney team! From the first inspection to finishing the job Abraham and Alex were great to work with. Abraham explained the issues to me clearly and was able to complete the work at a fair price. Alex was quick, nice, and went above and beyond to make sure all parts of my fireplace looked great - even painting a rusty outside ash catcher to match the trim on my house. They also got me in very fast during an very busy time for them (I needed a full fire box replacement and repair to gas line, sweep, and a chimney cap - lots of work!). I will be recommending them to anyone who needs and chimney service -... Wow! Incredible job done by the Santa Chimney team! We’ve had a drip from our chimney for several years. We’ve had it “fixed” a couple times but the drip is back with first rains. That is until Roman assessed the problem and put the correct cap on. First rains last night and no more drips! Great job, great price, and Roman is a great guy. Thank you.
I worked with Alex to address safety issues with my gas log fireplace (converted before I purchased from wood burning). There were cracks, a damper that didn’t work, and the gas log system was decades old and didn’t radiate heat into the room. Alex was amazing! He was very communicative and took me through all my options, working with me to get my work done quickly and at a fair price. I love the finished fireplace! With a new gas log system, the fireplace actually heats the room now, and all the cracks have been sealed. We took out the old damper and put in damper cap. Everything looks and works great.
