I found a Dell brand keyboard for half the price of the onn brand from Walmart. Say what you will, I was very ecstatic with the service and product. Thank you for being a small business. I wish you the best.
This place flat out scams people. They scamed me for $115. They even changed my ticket saying what I was there for to further legitimize their scam. Never go here. If you do, well a fool and his money will soon be parted. In game setting so not was I was there for. I came in to have setting changed on my laptop to get all games on my pc to play better. But after making the appointment and then arriving at the store 2 days latter the same guy I talked to to set the appointment said I never put why you were coming in so why are you here. Then after 30min and him saying idk why your pc is not running games better, you need to return it and get a... This place flat out scams people. They scamed me for $115. He the asked a girl to help with some in game settings on d2r ( I figured there was no way they were going to charge me for changing in game settings. As that is not what I was even there for. I figured it was just so that I felt that I got something for whatever they were going to charge me, since nothing was fixed.) And she did make D2R work about 10% better. But she even admitted that she didn't think she could make it work well. But then proceeded to charge me eighty five dollars an hour for changing in game settings. Then because there was nothing written as to why I was there. She then changed why I was there to say I was there for in game settings to d2r. And she knew she was doing me dirty. Which is why she didnt even say thanks for coming or goodbye or anything to me when I left.
Bought a used computer 🖥 Had bad battery they said was good . Charged and last 2 days . Never go there again.
Called and asked if they could fix the power port on my laptop that was broken off by the kids when plugging it in. They said yes they do that, bring it in. Brought it in and got an email the next day saying no, they dont do soldering, and I would need to buy a brand new motherboard if I wanted it fixed! I said "A computer repair shop that doesn't do soldering?" They confirmed they don't do it. I asked if they could just sell me the power port and I could get someone else to solder it or buy a soldering iron at walmart and do it myself. They said said their supplier doesn't sell the part. I have been a customer of Sanford's for as long as I have lived here. I bought an H-P Z800 Workstation from them and they have kept it serviced perfectly. It uses a Kingston solid-state hard drive to handle rapid downloading into five hard drives. I have enjoyed this "beast" for the long run with Windows 10 which might last two more years then I'll have to get a Windows 11 machine. "My Compliments" Sanford's.
