Super easy to work with and the garage doors are gorgeous. Professional and flexible in scheduling delivery and installation. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star rating is because they didn’t bother to discuss the weatherstripping color options which seal and finish the doors. I absolutely would have chosen grey to match my structure. As you can tell aesthetics matter to me. However, when it came with standard brown and I wanted it to match I was told that it was on the invoice and I had accepted it upon ordering so I got the privilege of paying $165 more for a color change and an extra trip out to install. Had our old garage door replaced with a new one. Poor communication with scheduling, we had an install date on the calendar but to our surprise they postponed it two weeks without any sort of heads up. Initially sold on a 4-week lead time, but the new door wasn't installed until 8+ weeks from paying the deposit. Installers unpacking the door on site revealed a part was damaged so it was another 6 weeks for the project to be completed following a replacement part. Maybe inspecting deliveries would prevent this in the future?
