They are also great at communication which is a rare occurrence for a lot of shops and believe me, I’ve dealt with many in my 20+ years of living in Anchorage. Front desk staff very helpful. Mechanic team very helpful and understanding of problems. They let you know when they have availability to get vehicle in. Especially during tire change over season

They are not cheap and it may take a while to get in but they have been very straight with me over the years and they know what they are doing. I have had a few things that they didn't get right the first time and they stood by their work and got it fixed. I will go to them for everything but car washes.

Brought my Chevy HHR to be serviced and now onto my Chevy Sonic. I’ve even brought my dad in for his truck to be serviced. Very professional, knowledgeable and explains everything in detail.
