I called in to see if my TV was repairable.
The person who I spoke to Asked me information about my TV and proceeded to tell me that it was not worth to fix since it was very expensive and would cost more or less the same as the TV. Recommended I just get a new TV.
Very honest and open business if I ever need anything, I will be coming here!!

Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with the service I received. My 4K LG TV had its back lights replaced, fixing its primary issue of showing everything with a blue/purple tint. What kept this from being a 5 star service was the lack of proper communication. I dropped off the TV on a Saturday and was told on the spot it would need new back lights. I believe I was told to expect a call on Monday. Tuesday came around so I called that afternoon to see what was up. I was told the TV was just diagnosed that morning and the back lights would need to be replaced. They then asked if it was fine for them to order the part. And why didn’t they diagnose and call yesterday?” Anyway, it then becomes Saturday and I hadn’t heard anything so I called again. Was told the part had just been shipped out to them and would be there soon. Finally the TV was ready on Monday.
So yeah, the experience was alright overall since the owner was very friendly and the TV was fixed. But it wasn’t the lightning quick experience other reviews seemed to have, and it took some calling on my part to stay updated about the status of my TV.
