Don't waste your time for repair calls. I had called for a house call washer repair with lg signature washer code LE. Technician stop by for 10 minutes and said motor is blown. He charged $90 just to come by and say that. My husband got home and open the back of washer to find the harness blue electric line torn. The repair guy is extremely lazy and will not do his job. He expects to get paid to just yap his lips, giving fake diagnosis.

Do not use these liars. They are so bad said they would be back to fix our value behind the refrigerator. Took our $100 and the guy who came could barely speak English and rude. PLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY. THE LADY WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE IS NO BETTER. RUDE AND DID I SAY RUDE. BELOW A ONE STAR. 100 below.
