I just feel like the service man truly didn’t show me what he was talking about. I understand my control panel was malfunctioning, but it was explained to me that my whole control panel was soaked and dripping wet. My basement is dry. We have no water damage. The dryer itself was not even on for over a week. It was on Friday end of the day last call he just stood there and played with the knobs. After he left I did open up the control panel and looked at the inside panel and controls and I really didn’t see any water so I felt like it was useless money that I spent. Our service tech was extremely knowledgeable, extremely efficient, and seemed very trustworthy. First vist the problem was diagnosed, the second visit the problem was fixed! Afterwards I asked a few questions and the tech responded with detailed answers and/or solutions. I absolutely recommend their services. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I prefer a tighter window of when the tech would arrive.

The repair man(BK) was so polite and efficient. The appointment time was kept and the needed part was ordered. I was contacted by Grove to schedule another appointment to have new part installed , and within days of the initial service call BK returned and completed the repairs in about 30 minutes. I will definitely use Grove again and highly recommend them to all my family and friends .
