Would have never known he was understaffed until Sam himself told us. The team worked so well together, everyone knew where to be and what to do at any given moment. Nothing but huge smiles and many thank yous.
These folks did a great job from start to finish. The original quote was professional and outlined in detail what they do and at a very fair price. They did some excavation and repair and entirely resurfaced my 4500 +/- sq foot drive. Sam Jr was on the job working as hard as his crew. They really take pride in their work. 👍👍👍 It looks too good to drive on. GREAT job!

I had my driveway and parking area sealed. They came and were very professional, accommodating, hard working crew of three. 🙂 Unfortunately, Mother Nature rained it and streaked it. The crew came the next morning early and sealed the whole area again. They did an excellent job. I give them 5 Stars. I would recommend them to anyone needing a sealing for their asphalt. We are very Happy!!!
This company has done many many jobs in the area and every one looks excellent, so of course I called them. I needed an ugly old paved small 2-car parking pad removed and re-done. They were amazing. So great to work with, excellent oversight, excellent communication in response to suggestions and minor adjustments (neither of which, from this client, were probably necessary!). They communicated very well about when to expect them and they came when they said they would. Their broad range of professional equipment and five crew was impressive and timed and choreographed perfectly. Poetry in action, if one could consider paving reaching the lev... Everyone knew just what to do when. The horrible old paving was cleared and hauled away, gravel was hauled in and spread, the big fancy asphalt spreaders did their magic, soil brought in, edges refined. When done they waved a friendly goodbye as I checked my watch: the entire job had been done, start to finish, in only one hour and 25 minutes! My mind was blown. It’s so great to experience this level of competence, especially when DIY’er like us – often fussy – really cannot possibly DIY paving a driveway. Don’t hesitate to call Sam Patterson and Sons for your job.
