Very pleased with Brian and the service and product we received. He came out to survey our home and quoted us a reasonable price for a gas stove and installation. Within 3 weeks he had the stove in and installed it later that week. We love it! Highly recommend.
They did a great job installing my wood stove and putting in my chimney! They answer all our questions and have been out here to clean It a few times.
I really dislike giving bad reviews because I know how hard it is to run a business. My experience wasn't great and that doesn't mean everyone else's would be the same. Scheduled a chimney clean and was booked 2 months out. When they arrived, they didn't realize that they needed a ladder to do the cleaning (mind you, this was in the fall, no snow was on the ground). They stated that they would go back to the shop and call me for a reschedule. After no calls for two weeks, I tried multiple attempts and they didn't return my calls. I would say to book them if they can clean your chimney from the inside and i'm sure it will be a great job, but they left me hanging pretty bad on this one.
