Arrived on time . Spent an hour going through the house to identify issues that needed to be dealt with to improve efficency and safety.

I am about 5 months late for writing this! But Saffer came out to my house after a pipe exploded in the winter, it was fixed same day and Anthony the serviceman was great. Will definitely call them again for plumbing needs!

I had a low water pressure problem. I called Saffer and they came out the same day . I needed to replace my well pump. Dillon and Josh completed this job the same day ! These two young men were amazing. I appreciate the excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Saffer to anyone needing reliable plumbing services.

Our technician, Dylan, was super professional. Identified the issue straight away, resolved the issue and provided education as to why the problem occurred and guidance on how to prevent going forth. A+

Had water line for ice maker installed as Best Buy did not sell installation correctly. Updated shut off valve as well. Gary completed installation in about an hour and I was able to make Dr appt being just 5 minutes late. Very professional and efficient

Zachary was wonderful. He explained everything very well and showed me what was happening along the way. He gave me various choices and explained the pros and cons of each. He was also super nice. I’m very happy with the service today, thank you!
