Scheduling/installation excellent, installer was totally professional. However, a legal issue in involved, in that I was not told in advance of installation that I would no longer have a state inspection sticker and must have a new one immediately following installation, since it is ILLEGAL to drive in my state without one. IT SHOULD BE A REQUIREMENT OF THE GLASS COMPANY TO INFORM THE CUSTOMER PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
I called my insurance company and they helped get my car right in the very next day. My appointment was at 3, my husband said they got my car in 20 minutes ahead of time and it was completed within an hour! Always excellent service!
The guys at the Parkersburg WV location are awesome. Very fast and professional service. They even gave me a discount. Highly recommend.
We had a great experience! They worked me in the same day they received the parts from Ford! This was about a week earlier than expected also! I had all 4 kiddos in tow and the staff was very friendly and welcoming to us all. They worked quickly and efficiently to get my rear vent window glass replaced! Very satisfied and would recommend Safelite to others!
