I’ve gone to Safe Way in the past for an inspection and had a great experience. But what I love is that they’re partnered with AAA for roadside assistance. I had a nail in my tire this morning and Chad showed up and had the spare on within less than 30 minutes of sending in the claim! I work in home care and rely heavily on my car. I only had to reschedule one of my patients thanks to the speedy service!!

I called to get a price on diesel exhaust cleaning and their procedure in how they do it. They do a bake which there are many companies in Rhode Island that do a bake. They charge $800 just to do a bake. Not to remove and reinstall. every other company in Rhode Island charges between 400 and 500 to do a bake. You’re paying double and not getting anything for it. Go somewhere else.

I just got my Tacoma back from Safeway after some rear end damage. The repairs were done in just 2 days and I had it back before the weekend. All sensors calibrated and everything is straight as can be. They took care of everything from getting me a clean new rental to dealing with the insurance companies. I mean it couldn't have been any easier. I now know why they are so busy. Oh, they washed/cleaned my truck inside and out too. 100+ Stars.

First off if I could give them 10 stars I absolutely would! Recently my 2024 Kia was involved in an accident the whole front end was completely smashed, my insurance company saw pictures of it and immediately considered it totaled and was fighting to have us remove it from there, not only did Celeste help us to get an insurance adjuster there to look at it and tell us it was fixable! Had we removed it from safe way there is no question in my mind insurance would have said it was a complete loss!!
