The guy there demonstrates poor communication and lacks customer service skills. It seems like he’s more focused on making a quick profit than providing honest service. My transmission has nothing to do with a vehicle inspection, yet he claimed that “everyone does their inspections differently.” That doesn’t make sense—there’s only one standard for inspections, and it doesn’t involve the transmission.
They were quick and able to help get my car inspected in short notice. Also very professional and had a nice comfortable waiting room. Definitely will be back! ☺️
Very professional, reasonable, no complaints.
Excellent experience. Shop identified the problem with suspension immediately. I came to get outer tie rods replaced. Found loose control arm bolts. Decided to get tie rods replaced anyway.
