These guys are amazing!! We needed a new side mirror and they were quick to get the part in and got our vehicle taken care of in no time. Everyone was friendly but we worked specifically with Dave who was so helpful, honest and kind. The team went above and beyond washing and detailing the car as well. HIGHLY recommend!
I had a little issue in the beginning. They missed something that needed to be fixed. I contacted them and they made every effort to make it better. Now I am 100% happy. I would highly recommend this body shop and the body shop manager is fantastic.
Someone backed into the side of my car. Took the Z to Rydell Body and barely a week later this thing came out looking better than when I bought it from the dealership. These guys know what they are doing. 10/10 would recommend! I would also recommend getting a Z .
Don’t ever get your car fixed here! The manager was the most incompetent person I’ve ever had to deal with. First, this place lost my car after being towed there. I had no communication unit my car was “found”. Clearly it was lost then. This place took no accountability! Then they took over 6 months to fix a “complicated filter” which happened to be on backorder but this part was ordered 4 times being the wrong size every time. Every step of the way I was pressured to get a new car because “that’s just easier”. This place did nothing but lie to me and couldn’t answer any of my concerns or questions. Timeline of repair was way off. Communication regarding the delay was worse. Would not recommend anyone to go here.
