We had a great experience with Rycus flooring. We had a fireplace remodel, excellent help with design and getting our project done in a timely fashion. Our tile guys Mike and Gary were great! Very nice, guys. With years of experience they did amazing job. B.J. the owner was also a very nice person who really cares about his customers.
I had new laminate flooring installed on the entire first floor of my house and worked with Jodi and BJ at Rycus Flooring, who were both very friendly staff. Rycus flooring team Trevor, Logan, and Shamus did an excellent installation and met all my concerns. My new flooring looks fantastic.
I have used Rycus Flooring 4 times over the last year and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. They replaced my bathroom and kitchen flooring, as well as created beautiful area rugs for my living room and bedroom. The sales staff are great. They are friendly, knowledgeable, take the time to work with you until you are happy with your decisions, and don't pressure you into buying something that you don't want. The installation crews are timely, courteous and do a great job making the flooring look great, and I love how they clean up after themselves so I don't have to.
