Didn't have them do the work only because they dropped the ball big time called 3 companies ruth came out first so figured it was only fair to let them do the work they sent over a offer I accepted it 4 days later no word I reached out asked about the acceptance letter he says I don't see it no wait yea I do..for some reason another one came I accepted that too never was told a date I reached back out and said when is the date I'm having some more work done and I want them out of your way and finished b4 you start he then tells me didn't u say the 15th of Aug I'm like never said that but ok. 3 weeks before the 15th I reached out and said the other works finish they will be out of your way he says ok. Week later no word no materials delivered 2nd week I reached out n said are we still good he says yes. The week of comes no word no materials the 15th passes I give him another week nothing. I call n get the man I'm sorry we are backed up no workers. To me that's bs a simple communication for 2 months could've eliminated all that I call another company came out that that day ordered materials that day gave me a start date and all told ruth to cancel project he just says ok sorry so my review is based on that not the work poor poor communication fix that because I'm seeing other reviews on communication also. I don't like leaving reviews but maybe it'll help fix that issue

I have scheduled days in advance for an estimate for privacy fence. The date and time was scheduled. Just 30 min prior the appointment I have received text saying “ not making it out “ That’s all the text was saying. No good morning, no sorry or apologies, not introducing themselves, nothing at all. This’s very unprofessional. Terrible service. I definitely don’t want to do any business with unprofessional called place of business. Terrible!
