I have been working with Russ’s Glass for two years now - and they have been PHENOMENAL to work with. I am a general contractor, and I’ve used them for dozens of projects. They are helpful, affordable and very attentive. Take it from a professional who has worked with many glass companies - these guys are the ones you want handling your glass needs.
Professional, polite and very responsive. They installed a shower door for us with some irregular angles. They were creative and helpful. Our shower looks great!
I've had 2 or 3 custom pieces of glass made to protect various tabletops around my home. Russ's Glass is very easy to communicate with (email and walking into the shop) and we are very pleased with the price, speed, and the glass that we received. It makes our pieces look great!
Called about getting a glass shelf but he said he was closed on Saturday. Then, he said he could do it if I wanted it now. I met him at the shop and left with the shelf and homegrown tomatoes! That is top notch customer service. Highly recommended.
My experience with Russ's Glass was perfect! I visited their showroom and picked out my shower door. They quoted me a price and told me it would be installed within two weeks. The installers were prompt and right on schedule for the measurement and the installation. I'm very happy and highly recommend Russ's Glass.
