Spent time at this location and the Asbury Park location looking to purchase Heritage’s take on a Gibson Les Paul. Some guitars you can find anywhere or online, but I needed to find a music store that offered a vast enough selection of main and lesser-known brands so that I could actually get my hands on the instrument. Zach, Jimmy, Gwen, Mike, Mike….everyone between the two locations were top notch, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and frankly just running a hell of a great guitar retailer operation with a sensational inventory. I just wanted to say that I went to Russo music store for the first time to repair my fender guitar. From the moment I entered there was a line of customers and the sales representative behind the counter ( jimmy) had a big smile and greeted me. His personality was bubbly and very welcoming. Took the time to listen to my concerns and I was in and out quickly. I’m in sales myself and I have to commend him for his attentiveness and super friendly attitude towards customers.
