The RunBiz technician (Taj and David) responded quickly and courteously during a recent college-wide internet outage, which occurred during the Christmas break. From the initial contact through resolution, the level of professionalism and customer service was outstanding. Their communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, while explaining the issue in nontechnical terms. Overall, the response exceeded expectations.
