The turnaround time was quick, and they kept everything running smoothly throughout the process. I called Rudd for an estimate on a mini split unit for my finished garage, and quickly had an appointment to evaluate my needs for the space. I received an estimate on the spot with three different options and a thorough explanation of each from Rob. I did not feel pressured. As soon as a decision was made, Rob set up an appointment for install the next day. Dakota was sent out with another wonderful installer. I cannot say enough good things about the two of them! Travon was very knowledgeable in the hvac system that i recently had installed by Rudd HVAC. On this visit, he performed a maintenance service on my other HVAC for the upstairs. He explained how it was working and replaced one faulty part. System work great now. I would recommend Trevon! I also had Dakota working on my hvac repairs/replacement. He did an outstanding job, and kept me aware of work done and how the crew was progressing. I would recommend Dakota! Patrick and crew did the new 2.5 T Carrier and did outstanding workmanship. He explained work as I could understand. I would recommend Patrick!
