We rely heavily on our tablet for daily trash and recycling work, so when the screen was destroyed we needed a fast turnaround. Rubber Duck Tech delivered. The repair was quick, the work was solid, and they even made sure the tablet was protected moving forward. They helped us out in a big way and will absolutely have our business from here on out.
I brought in a MacBook Air that would not open, and if you took it into Recovery mode, just went into an unending loop. Within 5 minutes Dan had diagnosed a major issue. He presented me with a few options, background on the operating systems, and what probably caused the problem in the first place. After asking all the right questions about cloud backup etc. he did a reasonably priced repair that had the computer working perfectly in about three hours. A first great experience with the company.
Dan and his crew always do an outstanding job. We have used them several times for phone repair, laptop repair and, this time, Chris the Super Tech made a house call and set up a mesh network for our wireless needs. Chris was thorough and explained everything he was doing. Works great! Thanks!!!

Great Ducking repair shop! I have a OnePlus 7Pro that was decently damaged on the front screen and was NOT expecting them to be able do repairs on this phone as it's not a common brand and is known to be difficult to repair and the tech was actually familiar with the brand and previously owned one, I used a screen off Amazon as well as a back glass that I discovered also needed to get fixed to do the repair and the tech did both beautifully, it was cheap imo because all I had to do was pay for the installation which was under $100.00
