Bottom Line Up Front: While RSG was a little pricey, the final product is definitely worth it. Project value is different depending on your budget so go with RSG if you buy a Honda Civic over a Kia Soul (don't hate on me...I'm just trying establish a reference point). Rating caveat: I give very few 5 or 1-star reviews. Nobody is perfect and few have no redeeming value at all. Don't read too much into "just" a 4-star review. Review: RSG ended up being the highest bid that we received to replace all four sides of our previous fence. Initially, we were looking for a fence to keep our dogs more isolated from those around us (having six dogs simultaneously barking and howling is truly an annoying experience for neighbors). However, we decided to give RSG as fair a shake as the other guys during the selection process - and I'm very glad we did. After reviewing a few of their previous installations, we realized the fence didn't have to have a solely utilitarian purpose. We saw that it could be an excellent way to increase the property value. With that new outlook on the project, we engaged the services of RSG and were very pleased with the result. Here is a sample of a few of the small things they did that really elevated the fit, finish and durability of the final product: +-Evenly graded the ground below the bottom rot board so that there were no gaps. +-2x4s were used as the stringers/runners instead of 2x3s to help prevent sagging. +-The bracket hardware for the post-to-runner attachment was the most secure that I've seen. +-All of the runner ends were butted flush against one another. This increases the fence strength but is frequently where gaps and measurement inaccuracies are hidden. ***2 month update: As always happens with new fences, there was a little settling of the fencing and yard with rain and freezes. The tightness of the installation tolerances were so good that it didn't affect the fence at all except right at the gate. Within hours of notifying them, they had guys at our house to fix it. Another example of their quality and value.

Is this company still in business? We had them install our gate & entrance in April 2023 and we started having issues less than a year later. We called and called, emailed and emailed. They came out and made a few adjustments but our gate would not work on a consistent basis. When we were tired of getting out in the rain & mud to manually open it for almost a year, we started calling again and again. After MONTHS, we called another gate company to take a look & make suggestions. Once RSG & Juan realized we had someone else look at it, they refused to return and said our 2 year warranty was voided. I really wish I could give more stars, but after 2 years of trouble, I just can't.

They was prompt but when you have any issues, they don't respond. My fence is leaning and I have called several times with promising to have someone to come look at the problem. No shows, no call backs. I wouldn't recommend.

Never returned my call. I will give them one more chance, but if they do not call, screw em!

Just a year after installation, my fence is leaning, swaying several inches on windy days, and the gate is out of line. After reaching out to them about a warranty repair, I get told that the wood we picked out is heavy and the length of my fence is long and that the ground cracking caused the posts to become unbalance. Knowing these things, as a company, wouldn't you take steps to address this? Wouldn't you alter the installation to address those potential issues? Nope, they quoted me an additional cost to fix the posts and cited that it is not covered under the warranty of poor craftsmanship. It seems this company only knows how to install fences one way, no matter the wood type, fence length, and location and makes no attempt yo address potential issues with wood types/lengths.

They sent somebody to give me an estimate, and was told they would email me the paperwork later that day. Well "5" days and "3' phone calls later, still no paperwork!!! This place is a joke. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!
