RSA Heating & Air

We recently had to put in a new upstairs unit. I’m a person who has a thousand questions, and Richard answered them all patiently and intelligently. Our new Armstrong system is working great; be sure to give this company a call.

I received a timely call back to establish an appointment the very next morning to stop by my residence to run diagnostics to determine the problem. Mr. Alcott arrived early with his crew and determined the issue quickly. He had my AC back up and running within a very timely manner. I highly recommend using RSA. Professional, fair priced, respectful, honest, transparent, and most of all a way to support a local Anderson based business. RSA will be my first call with any of my future HVAC needs. Thank you RSA!!!

Luckily we found RSA heating and air! Walked into a very hot house last night after being away for a couple of weeks. Did not expect anyone to answer the phone after hours, but Richard did. He was on time and EXTREMELY reasonable!! I have stored his number on our phones for service from now on. Thank you so much RSA!!
