I had an appointment set up. No body showed up or even bothered to call to cancel. Shame I needed a quote and it speaks volumes about this company. Lack of respect Poor customer service Maybe...it was my address...in the north east section of the city...or my ethnic name Not sure...either way Terrible customer service
