Austin and his team from Roy's Plumbing Repairs took care of a cracked sewer pipe at my home in Montgomery. They explained each step of the repair process, answered all my questions, and worked carefully from start to finish. The job required removing patio bricks, and they made sure not to damage anything, stacking the bricks neatly so they could be put back easily later. They also cleared out tree roots from the sewer line and checked the ejector pump to make sure everything was running smoothly. Austin and his team are true professionals when it comes to plumbing services. If you’re in Montgomery and need a reliable plumber, I highly recommend giving them a call. I had a problem with my main drain line going into the septic system, and my septic technician reached out to Austin and his crew. They showed up at my house in less than an hour, fully prepared with all their equipment, including a camera to check the pipes. They quickly found the issue and, even though their schedule was packed (which just shows how good they are), they managed to fix everything much faster than I expected. Having worked with many contractors over the years, I can say it’s rare to find a plumbing team this dependable and skilled. These guys are definitely top-notch.

I had a major plumbing problem on a Friday evening and needed help fast. After calling a few places that said they couldn’t get to me for hours, I reached out to Roy's Plumbing Repairs. They had someone at my door in just 45 minutes! I got updates about when the plumber would arrive, along with his name and contact info. When Austin showed up, he was friendly, quick, and fixed everything efficiently. I’m really impressed with the service and will definitely call them first for any future plumbing emergencies. Highly recommend!
