Well, I didn't actually have him come out; just talked him on the phone about my dishwasher problem - no power. He made a suggestion that I should try before making a service call appointment. Basically to pull it out and check the 110 connection in the back to the dishwasher. This was the problem and easily fixed. His free advice probably saved me a few hundred bucks. Will surely use Roy when I have some future appliance problem. Thanks!
Called Roy's this morning. Left a message. He called back in a reasonable amount of time. He said he would be here within 45 minutes to an hour and showed up within that time!! My dryer wasn't working. Within 45 minutes he was done. He is very pleasant and professional. He only charged me $50.00!! I highly recommend Roy. Thank you Roy.
I read the wonderful reviews and decided to give Roy’s Appliances a try. I’m so glad I did!!! Roy is punctual, professional and skilled. My washer was banging, squealing and moving around during cycles. My dry just quit working. I live on an extremely tight budget; no extra money after bills. Roy showed up on time to give me an estimate. To my extreme surprise in less than 40 minutes my washer was tested and my dryer was working again. Of course my washer decided not to act up when he tested it. So he gave me solutions I can try if it starts acting up again. The price I paid was more than fair it was dynamite!!!
