Royal Restoration replaced a roof for me under an insurance claim. The job was professional, timely and handled well, including the insurance company interactions. I was impressed and sought to have them quote on another job at the same location, which the rep said they would do but I never received a quote despite several follow up calls. Otherwise, I would have given them a 5 star review.
Great service. Extremely prompt. They didn't try to over sell me. Had the lowest bid and came out the quickest, for free!!! I love the transparency. Our lead guy's name was Johnson and he was amazing. Really eased my anxiety over the whole situation of flooding the basement. I've saved their information because I'm only using them in the future.
After a heavy rainstorm, I discovered water seeping into my living room. I contacted Royal Restoration, and they responded quickly. The crew was friendly and worked efficiently to remove the water and dry everything out. They took great care to minimize disruption and were very respectful of my home. I was impressed with their attention to detail and the quality of their work. Thanks to them, my house is back to normal. I would definitely recommend them to anyone facing water damage issues!

They were able to prove that my crawl space was mold free which a home inspector said had mold. My wife and I are so relieved . Thank you!
