My laptop is running better than ever after a huge computer crash. Nat was able to recover all my files and vastly improve laptop performance speed. It had been running slow for years. He kept me updated throughout the repair. Highly recommend
Nat did a great job! He is very knowledgable on this computer stuff and suggested a number of improvements. His rates are fair, especially considering his knowledge and speed.
My laptop decided to crash at the worst time ever. I was swamped at work and had a huge deadline. Nat made himself available immediately to diagnose the problem. He was able to recover almost 100% of my data, and repaired my laptop that not only had work stuff but my entire life on it. He even gave me a loaner laptop to use for a week while he fixed my problem. His fees are more than reasonable. He kept me updated as to the status of parts and the repair. He knew I was panicking, but his demeanor is very calming. I highly recommend Nat snd would not hesitate to use him in the future for repairs and overall computer system set up.
