I must say that a local company drove by and said that I didn't need a new roof after a hail storm. Roughneck actually knocked on my door and climbed up on the roof, took pictures, and helped me make a claim with my insurance for hail damage. Roughneck also came out while the insurance inspector looked at my roof and made sure to point out damage. Based on this my insurance company agreed on a full roof replacement. Roughneck then followed up with estimates and continued to stay in touch with my insurance for depreciation and other associated costs and damages. The work crew from Roughneck was amazing, they were able to tear off ,and clean up...I must say that a local company drove by and said that I didn't need a new roof after a hail storm. All the while, the Roughneck Team stayed in touch with me, telling me what progress was taking place! Now,...let me add..., I also have solar panels! Roughneck was able to remove my solar panels and make arrangements for these panels to be replaced after the roof was completed. Roughneck is a total roof replacement and repair company. They will stay with you from start to finish and their work and service is amazing!!! Thank you Zak, Adolpho, and your fantastic crew especially "little Hoss" and his papa!!!!! I had damage from summer storms which necessitated repair or replacement. Of course, home repair is never something one wants to undertake. However, the team at Roughneck Roofing, and especially Jacob DeCorte, made the entire process run smoothly. I appreciated their attention to detail, working with my insurance adjuster, doing the replacement in just one day, and cleaning up afterwards. It was a great job from start to finish.

I would recommend Roughneck roofing to a family or friend. The process was very quick & easy. Matt Mathena and I worked diligently to make sure insurance paid out as much as possible. He was very responsive to texts and calls and answered all of our questions. The new roof looks amazing. The quality choices are easy to pick from: good, better, or best. We were not pressured on quality or color choice. See pics for before and after.
