Frank was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job and I would recommend him 10/10! The company was quick to respond and had my plumbing problem fixed from the time I reached out to the time I signed the receipt, within a few hours.
My heater stopped working and I had no hot water over the weekend. The company I originally purchased from didn’t have an on-call plumber, so I reached out to Roto-Rooter Plumbing based on their excellent reviews, even though I had never used their services before. When you call for weekend emergencies, you’re assisted by an outside service, but they quickly connected me with Anthony, who was attentive and professional. Late night simple emergency call. Toilet stopped up and no snake. Quick call to Roto-Rooter and extremely fast response. I was impressed by how fast they got here. The technician was polite, professional and quick. Got us back to flushing in no time. Thank you Roto-Rooter!
Frank gave absolutely great service, friendly, fast, efficient. It felt more like a friend was working on our project with as relaxed and professional as Frank was. Would 100% recommend! And such a quick response for after hours when we needed it most!
