Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I called for same day service to deal with a clogged kitchen sink drain. James arrived within the scheduled time frame. He was professional and friendly, taking care to protect the kitchen floor while clearing the drain line clog and cleaning up when he was finished. 10/10!

Called Roto Rooter for my water heater repair and the sent out there technician Leroy. Did great work and was very nice and did a great job. Price was fair.

I cannot say enough kind words for Ricky. He had run into one issue after another with the old plumbing in my home and he handled it like a champ. His professionalism and humor kept me from having a major meltdown over everything. The technician James was great, polite, friendly, informative, clean and prompt. He fixed my drain clog on a Sunday night holiday weekend. He arrived on time and did a great job. I wish the price was lower, I’m a senior and it was expensive for me!

If there is a negative one stars I would give that. I was charged over $600 for them to just snake the drain. They told me roots were in the drain but the only way they would actually fix that issue was to charge me thousands of dollars for the fix. Total scammers. I found another company, Hart’s who charged $509 for drain snake and hydro jetting roots. Never go w these used car salesman. They are the worst company.

The plumber that reinstalled the toilet was fast and through. He was also very pleasant!. Once he was done he walked me through what he had done.
