Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Called roto-rooter for help with a weird drain smell and checking backup in the line. They were prompt and helped greatly solve the problem. Daniel G was prompt and professional! Will use them again!

Had someone come out and map parts needed for a water softener install after I messed it up myself. He told me what he was grabbing and said he was going to charge 450 and I said cool. He went and got parts (all connectors) and came back to tell me hes charging an extra 250 over some shark bites so as you can imagine I said I need to see the receipt on that and he just flat told me no. I got mad and told him to just figure it out as I went inside. I later apologized and he did too as well as he dropped the price for me. I was mad at the predatory business practices and treating me like a fool, not the money. At the end of the day he did a good job. He left, it had a slow drip on one spot so I called him back out and he fixed it again.

Only updating the review to claim there was no confusion...on my end.. being told there is no service charge and then turning around trying to charge me a service fee is not confusion. I would just be mindful when setting an appointment. I called sometime last week with an issue I was told there is no service fee. They put it in had someone from scheduling call me to set up the schedule again no service fee mentioned (mind you first call was told 0$) day of I was told it is a $75 service fee I told them I was told there was no service fee when they called again to schedule I was not informed of anything they said they would call to see if anyone would honor that after several minutes the rep returned back to me stating there was no plumber willing to honor the no service fee that I was told, for me. Customer service is great other than that.
