Hector came in and did an amazing job with advising us that we needed a new refrigerator and a new dishwasher. He was quick and I called this company at 11:15, they arrived at 12:15 and provided excellent customer service and got straight to the point once I showed him the issues we were experiencing. Thank you guys so much, I would recommend them to anyone and will call again and recommend Hector/Jr!!!!

I am still floored by the $850 quote I received from Roto-Rooter for a simple kitchen sink Air Admittance Valve (AAV). I did some shopping around and found a local licensed plumber who quoted the exact same job for $120 total parts and labor included. Roto-Rooter, on the other hand, tried to charge me a 600% markup for the same 45 minutes of work. It’s predatory to quote nearly a thousand dollars for a $40 part and an hour of labor. If you live in the Clint area, do yourself a favor and skip the big corporate name. They aren't charging for "better service" they are charging for overhead and hoping you don't know any better. David Munoz and Jesse Giacoman were here when they said they’d be and provided the service I requested in under three hours (and that included purchasing the necessary parts, fielding a few additional requests, and cleaning up afterwards)!
