10/10 service! I contacted Ellis and he came almost immediately. He was quick, helpful, and very polite. I was calling around while stuck in an unfamiliar area, so time definitely wasn’t on my side. Ellis gave me an arrival time, showed up promptly, fixed my tire efficiently, and had me back on the road in no time. I truly appreciate the professionalism and reliability. Highly recommend!
This is the second time that I have used Ross mobile tire service And it won’t be the last! When he says he comes to you, he means it no matter where you are! I was stuck on the side of highway 85 with a tire blowout and he was willing to change my tire on the side of the highway, I just had to share my location. Luckily the HERO was able to put my spare tire on. Justin came right over and brought me a tire and got right to work and it didn’t take no time. I was still able to work While he replaced my tire. Customer service skills are outstanding. I will be using again and highly recommend!!!
I was very happy getting help on my flat tire. It was late in the evening around 8pm, I called and the person came in about 30 minutes. Everything was done fast and with quality service. Also, as a bonus they put air into other tiered. Definitely recommend this company if you have flat tire, they work 24/7.
Hey everyone “ROSSMOBILETIREANDRoadside” was amazing to me an my fiancée. They do take a lil minute to get to you due to Atlanta”s traffic, but other then that when they arrive they are quick , effective and respectful. We LOVED our experience.
