I had a fantastic experience with Rooter Right, specifically our technicians Emilio and his partner Skye. We needed a repair on our water service line and a replacement of the valves on the water meter. Both were professional, efficient, and clearly knew their stuff. What really impressed me was how they handled the unexpected. We ran into some issues with the curb box needing a full replacement, which could have been a major headache. Emilio and Skye took the lead and coordinated directly with the city to get it swapped out. On top of the great technical work, Skye even went out of the way to carry a heavy package inside for me—that kind... Sam was fantastic! He answered on the first phone call and was out within 2 hours! We had our kitchen sink snaked out, and he also noticed our dishwasher was hooked up to the cold water line instead of the hot water line. Changed it no problem! 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a trustworthy plumber!
