They are efficient, adhere to a schedule, courteous and prices are reasonable. Andy has done a great job for me recently, including an emergency call which prevented some potentially serious damage. We would like to commend Root Electric and Alexander Hansohn, our technician, in particular, for the work done at our home. Root Electric persisted finding a solution to a complex problem. Alex followed through and did research on his own time to fix the issue. We appreciate Mr. Root and Mary for their responsive communication as well. Root Electric installed several new internet cable lines and helped identify and connect our existing cables since we only had one working hard line in the house.
