This company does stand behind their life time warrenty. The first crew who came to replace my roof done a horrible job. I called Chris told him about situation, he drove from Alabama to Mississippi that day. Inspected my roof. Within 7 days I had new crew here with whole new roof put on. Thank you Chris for being so prompt with the situation. The only problem with this company here in Mississippi none of their employees in Mississippi speak English so you can't communicate with the workers. All sales representatives and Supervisor do.

The ones that actually installed the roof was great, the project manager did nothing he said he would do. The dumpster guy took a shrub down and hit my fence. Chris said he would cut the tree and fix fence never happened. Also said he would move the left overs for me and of course never did. He did nothing he said he would do!

Salesman (Drake) was very informative and easy to work with. He ensured that we got a good price and assisted with the loan process. All questions or concerns were answered in full detail. Delivery of materials and installation was seamless and timely (special thanks to Chris and crew). Very pleased with the job done and the clean up. Both Drake and Chris provided excellent customer service and they were quick to respond to phone calls and text messages. Very pleased with service received!
