I met Tony once and the moment he left my house I knew I wanted to do business with him. His knowledge has no comparison. He guided me every step of the way and his communication with me was always on point and timely. With the company overall, I had a 5 star experience. I felt like my best interest was always the top priority at every single stage of getting my roof replaced. From calls and emails, to face to face conversations, I knew what I was getting, when I was getting it and how it was going to be delivered. This company really took good care of me and did not in any way, shape or form took advantage of my need for a new roof to make me pay for hidden fees, overpriced service charges or anything that did not appear in our contract (like the horror stories you hear about other companies). I know that my roof will need a replacement in 10 years and I sure hope I can get it done by Roofing Pros USA. I am endlessly grateful for the respect I got from the company and everything Tony did for me! My personal recommendation, do business with them, you won’t regret it!!!!!
