I was texting with Vanessa about getting someone to come to my duplex to get an estimate on replacing my roof. She was very polite and friendly, scheduled someone and nobody ever showed up. I even texted her about it 30 mins after the scheduled time, she left me on read and never responded…very disappointing, especially for a company that appears to get good reviews.
