Jk at Roof Smith was awesome throughout this whole process! I was able to get an inspection the same day and got honest and detailed advice of how to proceed. He worked with the adjuster and insurance company to keep a tight timeline and stayed in touch with me. The slowest part of the process was with the insurance company but Roof Smith didn’t let that hold up the repair and went ahead with it. Roof smith did an amazing job on installing our new roof before the sell of our house was complete. Even though they encountered some issues they were able to finish it before the closing date. I had a roof leak and the experience was excellent from start to finish. JK responded quickly, showed up on time, and clearly explained what the issue was and how it would be fixed.
