We had several bids before we had the work done, and the initial bid from Roof One was right in the middle with the other bids. However, that's where the similarity ended. Every step of the way they were in contact with us, and addressed every concern along the way. Every project has unexpected twists and ours was no exception. When we found out they do windows and siding too, we promised we'd be back! This is no fly-by-night or up-and-coming roofer trying to get rich off your backside. They answered every question, took every step, and corrected every single problem. Different people follow up to make sure the process is smooth and is done professionally and correctly. Multiple eyes and ears on the project at different times. The roof looks amazing, and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone who asks. SO glad we used them.
