I’ve been in communication with this company since March after filing a claim for wind damage that caused roofing issues and leaks beginning March 3rd. We were provided the contact for a very friendly and helpful employee who is no longer with the company from one of our own family members. Initial discussions were helpful, informative, and relieving. After several weeks of no further communication due to her being our sole contact we began trying to call and were then notified that she wasn’t with the company. They came very promptly and checked everything out and advised me of the issue and it was taken care of right then and there. I would recommend Roof It Right to anyone and everyone. Everyone was great. Great customer service.

Fast friendly service!

We aren’t having our roof repaired, but some neighbors in the our neighborhood are. A representative stopped by to inform us they would be doing work and it may be loud at times. First roofing company to ever do this in my experiences. I was very appreciative of the notice and the politeness of the representative. I can’t vouch for the work but the professionalism and thoughtfulness means the world!

I have used Roof It Right for several roofing jobs including patching leaks, gutter guard installation, and replacing entire sections of roof and flashing. I have always been 100% satisfied with the quality of work. The service is fast, courteous, and respectful of my property. I have recommended Roof It Right to family, and the result is the same: 100% satisfaction. Had appointment 3:00, The tech guy didn't call to inform me that he was running late as a courtesy I called and was met with a very rude, unprofessional man, who didn't listen, repeatedly talked over me. I'm not about to spend my money at a company that treats potential customers in this way. So many red flags, if something did go wrong with the service, I believe after talking to him, they would not make it right; I believe they would make up a bunch excuses. thank you God🙏🙏🙏 I was spared that headache.
