Roof Hub built a roof deck for us at 24 Marlborough St. in Boston's Back Bay and, at the same time, took care of some minor unrelated interior repairs that we had not been able to find anyone else to do. Taylor Furguson was our point of contact. They are amazingly responsive, professional, and cost-effective; a refreshing experience in a world of unpredictable, late, overpriced, and sometimes mediocre service providers. Roof Hub and Taylor rock.
They also did a great job repairing my roof when I had an emergency. Very bad leak. Taylor Ferguson was very great preparing all the necessary paperwork. Thank you Roof Hub..
Hired roof hub to replace an aging roof with leaks at a new house I bought. The actual work was of high quality and fast. My only 2 issues were: 1)They were supposed to install an attic vent the first time they came around. They did not. But once I called them about the mistake they had made, they installed one promptly and it has been working well. 2) I had originally called about the leaks but I was also perfectly clear that I wanted the roof replaced to deal with moldy wooden planks. I even sent pictures. They said it would be no problem but I later found out they never replaced these planks. They told me this was a job for a mold abatemen... We had a very positive experience working with Taylor and Roof Hub. Roof replacement was scheduled timely and completed within the expected timeframe. Any questions or clarification needed during all phases of the job were answered and addressed promptly.
Working with RoofHub for our roof replacement was great. The estimate was accurate, the work was completed on time (in a day!), and their team did a great job picking up after themselves. Would definitely work with them again in the future!
