Roof Guys

No follow through, took from January 2nd till April 14th to do the work necessary to get the roof done because they forgot, didn't follow-up, didn't process the simplest of tasks, claimed over work, doing the work of 3 people, phone lines down or didn't see the text, call, email- name it and they gave an excuse. Unprofessional, lot's of excuses but nothing justifiable. Worst Roofing company we have ever dealt with. Due to their indolent sales person they lost three roofs they would have had, but they are simple the worst. They created a very stressful situation and didn't care.

They will promise a bunch of things. They did replace the roof and gutters. They did not replace to gutter guards like promised. I ended up deciding to not do the other things that needed done. Do to the poor communication and the length in which it took just to get part of the stuff fixed. I would not deal with Travis his communication is great until the deposit is paid and then it takes multiple days for replies. I also had to go do leg work that he basically refused to do by continuing to send the same email to the insurance even though they proved an item was at a store. Roof Guys installed our roof today quickly and efficiently. No mess left and roof looks nice. Keelan made everything a smooth process.

Our roof had sustained storm damage and we had a significant leak. We called Roof Guys and they handled everything. Our representative, Daniel Hernandez, did an amazing job from start to finish. He handled the entire process of inspecting the roof, helping us file a claim, and ensuring the job was done to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend Roof Guys for all of your roofing needs!

I have had several companies come to inspect my roof, today I had the fortunate meeting with the Roof Guys. Donny was the best roof inspector I've had ever. He was very descriptive on the issues on the roof and gutters, even supplied video. Extremely professional and polite. I look forward in doing business with the company in the future.

I recently worked with Teresa because I had some issues with leaves in my gutter. She provided a good bid to make the problem go away. Easy to work with.
